A five-module course you can complete in five days.
A daily task to put what you learn into immediate action.
A comment space where you can read previous comments, get inspired, exchange ideas and interact with other participants.
A daily video (15 minutes or less) will guide you through the basics of the science of habit creation.
You'll end the course with an established new habit.
You'll be able to use the tools again and again to create a series of healthy, positive habits.
You'll also learn how to reduce or eliminate unwanted behaviors.
I also resonate with the idea that success is more important than ambition. I am more aware of how hard I can be on myself and I appreciated being reminded that everyone fails occasionally.
Thank you for distilling the process of creating new habits/changing old habits into bite-sized, understandable, actionable steps. This is something I will keep working with going forward. Very helpful!
Thank you Michael for this course. I have to remember Change is possible with one small easy fun step at a time and to keep in mind How would I like the Best Version of my Future Self to be!! 😊💕🙏🙏🙏
Thanks, Michael for this training and for creating a forum for us to share and support one another. This challenge is already making a positive impact on my present and future self😍
The greatest achievement of this challenge is to incorporate the idea of "tiny, small, one at a time..."
I now have tools to really incorporate small but firm little changes through awareness. Less is more, right?
Michael, thank you so much for this program! I had tried many times to implement some new habits, including the breathing "exercises", without success, and now I have the right tools to do it.
As for the bad habit... it's been a real challenge!
...So I will stick with my habit change from this week until it really works.
Thanks too to all of you to share your thoughts trials and successes.
Grazie Michele, questa sfida è stata interessante, stimolante e anche molto bella.
I will continue to work on my habit and then build on it.
This challenge has been so clear ! I am surprised how much habits can shift from too hard, to being a playful game.
Michael has been a Feldenkrais® practitioner for over 30 years. He helped hundreds of clients to relieve pain and stiffness and improve their mobility and breathing.
His personal version of the work, Persistent Growth®, involves creating a short daily habit of self-care and self-awareness. He found out that you can reduce your time investment to a minimum if you come back to it regularly.
This course builds the foundations that establish and sustain that healthy habit, or any other habit you want to build into your life.
