Improve your mobility and the way you organize yourself for action and create new, upgraded patterns of movement. Very often, you’ll find that pain and discomfort in your upper parts are reduced or disappear completely.

In this series of classes we look a lot into chest mobility: How the rest of your body allows the upper part to hold itself and move around.

Our focus is so often on moving the head around, which is where our sensory organs are that connect us with the world around us: our eyes, ears, nose and mouth. We tend to forget that this head of ours is part of a living body.

These classes will remind you that all your parts are interconnected

and will help you become whole again.

Chair Class: The Four Primary Directions of Spine Mobility

Integrate your neck with the rest of your body, moving in all directions.

On Your Back: Roll Your Head in Your Hands

In this class your head will become lighter and lighter. We are building an effortless whole-body movement that distributes the work perfectly throughout our whole structure.

Move Your Head Freely in any Situation

This class explores head movement in different situations while we're doing different things with the rest of the body. Our head learns to move freely in all directions, always connected and integrated with our whole selves.

On One Side: Shoulder Freedom

We use the natural flexibility of our ribcage to allow the arms and shoulders to move freely. The neck, shoulder-girdle and chest learn to coordinate and cooperate for free and potent action. You’ll notice a wonderful side-effect on your breathing!
