You feel less stable than you were 15 years ago.
You find yourself unsure of your footing.
Fear of falling is real and present.
The possibility of becoming less independent is not so unthinkable…
You’ve let go of things you loved doing because they don’t feel safe anymore.

"What a wonderful way of mastering your day with balance, elegance and gratefulness."
Bryan Emond
"I was surprisingly more stable at the end..."
Walli Chefitz
"I’ve noticed increased stability in awkward moments (slight twist of the ankle, walking on snow and ice) — these daily movements do accumulate!"
Grace Asquith

You’re encouraged to come back to the course often. You’ll find the exercises enjoyable and entertaining. You’ll also find that they create a peaceful, focused state of mind. This practice is healing for mind and body!
All you need is a space on the floor to move around a bit, a simple flat chair for safety and rest, and the screen in front of you. No equipment, no implements, no previous knowledge required.
You’ll be able to pace your progress. Start with smaller movements, gauge the challenge to your current level. You’ll find yourself more daring and able with time and repetition.
By the end of the third week, you'll have the whole course at your disposal.
You'll be able to come back to any part of it anytime, practice, repeat, and deepen your explorations.
By the end of the course, you'll feel stronger, safer, and more confident on your feet.
The exercises are fun and playful. It’s not a boring fitness training. You’ll engage your mind, update your brain maps of movement, and improve your mobility in general.
You’ll find yourself on an upward journey of growth and improvement, rather than declining and losing abilities and mobility as you age.
And most of all, you’ll have the confidence and the physical ability to do what you love doing for years to come.
The course is very accessible and easy to navigate. No complex tech, no need to search or go through various confusing pages. It’s all there in front of you, just a click away.
Start practicing immediately, and never stop…
Challenge and improve your stability every day.
Respond rapidly and adequately to life’s challenges: tripping, bumps on the pavement etc.
Feel safe to move around, climb stairs, walk in nature, and generally do what you love doing.
Age gracefully and powerfully rather than deteriorate over time.
Reconnect with the joy and pleasure of movement.
Gain body-awareness.
While you’re at it, you also practice being mindful and focused.
You should be able to stand on your feet and walk independently to make use of this course. Other than that, you pace your level of challenge from very light to quite challenging. You’ll find that you can increase the difficulty with time. Take into account that this course is not a medical treatment to any specific symptoms.
If you can walk, you do stand on one foot with every step. You can use that as your baseline and start from there. Anything you do in the course should feel safe and just a little bit challenging, and you’ll be able to gauge the level of challenge.
You will feel safer and less tense if you improve your balance, and you can improve it, whatever you current level is. The course is made for you to work at your current skill level.
Your consistency is, indeed, called for. This course is entertaining, so you’re not likely to get bored, and it is technically very easy to access and navigate. But you’ll still have to show up. I can’t do the exercises for you…
You'll get an email with the release of each module, so you'll be reminded to take action.
Once you purchase the course, it is yours to keep. You’ll be able to access it anytime.
